In the Summer of 2023 Liberty Children’s Art Project had three outside workshops in collaboration with the Marquette Maritime Museum. Local and visiting children were invited to attend free of charge. These workshops included a plein air painting session, a tour of the Marquette Lighthouse followed by a large scale lighthouse interior drawing workshop and a folklore of Lake Superior imagination inspired collage creation.
